Diane G. Cook, age 63 of Deer Park, Wis., died on Friday, October 5, 2007 at her home after dealing with cancer for six months.
Diane was born on February 27, 1944 in St. Paul, Minn. to Julius and Clara (Hoffman) Rengel.
Diane was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Richard Rengel; father and mother-in-law, Glenn and Helen (Hess) Cook.
She is survived by her loving husband, Nole; daughters, Deanna Cook (Peter) Shannon, Marisa St. Clair (William "Randy") Elkins; sister, Dorothy Munn; grandchildren, Megan Cook-Shannon, Alexander "Alex" Cook-Shannon, Alexis St. Clair, Sean Elkins, and numerous nephews, nieces and friends.
A Gathering of Remembrance and Life Celebration will be held at R & D Catering, 1490 131st St., New Richmond, WI 54017 on Saturday, November 3, 2007 from 4-8 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to Adoray Hospice, 990 Hillcrest St., Suite 104, Baldwin, WI 54002.
