Wilhelminie Gadow Jabusch

Mrs. Henry Jabusch (Wilhelminie Gadow) was born in Province Pomperon, Germany, Jan. 9, 1862; came with her mother, brothers and sisters to America, and settled in Menomonie; was married to Henry Jabusch May 14, 1882, and lived on a farm near Deer Park until 1917, when they moved to Rosenberg, Texas, where they made their home until their death. Mr. Jabusch preceded her in death July 12, 1924.

Mrs. Jabusch suffered a stroke Aug. 21, and passed away Aug. 23, 1940. She was a faithful member of the Methodist church for 57 years.

She leaves to mourn her loss 6 children -- Anna (Mrs. Louis Klawitter), Rosenberg, Texas; Lena (Mrs. John Braemer), New Richmond; Lulu (Mrs. Fred Huber), Menomonie; William and Arthur, Deer Park; and Emma (Mrs. Lyman Tracy), Rice Lake; 14 grandchildren and 7 greatgrandchildren.

The remains arrived in St. Paul Monday, where Wm. Jabusch and Laurence H. Beebe met the train., and brot the body to the Wm. Jabusch home here. Funeral services were held Tuesday at the Methodist church, Rev. Theo. Matthews officiating. Pallbearers were Wm. Olson, Elmer Jones, Walter Warner, Frank Schultz, Elmer Hilyar and Otto Olson.

Interment was in Calvary cemetery.
