ALBERT W. LINDNER, SR.
November 2, 1933 - November 11, 2005

Services for Albert W. Lindner Sr., 72, were Tuesday, November 15, at 11 a.m. at the Williamson Funeral Home, Amery. Pastor Brad Lawrence officiated.

Casketbearers were Mike Pagels, Perry Harrisberger, Dave Berrier, Mike Wagner, Jim Lindner, Clarence Lindner and Kyle Kasdorf.

Interment was at the Amery Cemetery with Williamson Funeral Home assisting the family.

Albert Warren Lindner Sr. was born on November 2, 1933, in St. Paul, the son of Albert P. and Dorothea (Cowling) Lindner. As a young man, he started farming near Lake Elmo, Minn.

On May 4, 1952, he was married to Roseann Barrett and five children were born.

In 1965 they moved to farm near Deer Park which they operated until 1978. They moved to a small hobby farm in rural Amery called "Hobby Acres Farm". He continued selling eggs and raising young stock on the hobby farm.

He was a member of AA for 28 years.

He was stricken at home on Friday, November 11, 2005 and died a short time later at the Amery Regional Medical Center.

His parents preceded him in death.

Survivors include his wife, Roseann; daughters, Dorothy Mesecher (Mike Pagels) and Denise (Dave) Berrier; sons, Albert "Butch" W. Lindner Jr., Clarence (Cindy) Lindner and Jim Lindner; 21 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
