Emma Warner

Miss Emma Warner, who for the past 16 years had made her home with her brother-in-law and sister, Mr. and Mrs. E. H. Busse, passed away there June 12.

A daughter of August and Wilhelmina Mathews Warner, Emma Augusta Warner was born Oct. 4, 1880 in the township of Stanton. She had resided all her life in the Deer Park area.

The Rev. Jerome K. Newton officiated Saturday, June 14 when funeral services for Miss Warner were held at 2 o'clock in St. Paul's Lutheran church at Deer Park. Mrs. Jay Jorgenson was soloist, and organists were Mrs. Jerome K. Newton and Mrs. Ronald W. Goetsch. Interment was in Calvary cemetery, Deer Park, and pallbearers were Ronald Warner, Delmond Warner, Lester Anderson, William Demulling, Gerhardt Demulling and Erwin Demulling. L. H. and John W. Beebe were in charge of arrangements.

Miss Warner is survived by three brothers, William H. Warner, Portland, Ore., Edwin C. Warner and Raymond A. Warner, both of Deer Park, and three sisters, Ida (Mrs. John W. Hof), Marshall, Minn., Elsie (Mrs. James Harvey), St. Paul, and Leona (Mrs. E. H. Busse), New Richmond.
