Happy New Year Deer Park! The most perfect place to grow up! Lots of tree houses, streams to sail boats when the snow melts, lemonade stands, ice skating and hot chocolate afterwards at the little cafe' next to the rink. (In the 60's) What wonderful memories! Carolyn Larson send me an email and we will catch up! Happy New Year!

I'm very interested in the Deer Park Gilstad relatives from Norway. My father was Edward John and my grandfather was John Edward Gilstad. My parents were from the Blackduck/Funkley, MN area. Following WWII they moved to WA State. Best wishes to all.

Hi all my friends in Deer Park, nice job on your web site with the pictures of Main Street. I am back in Kabul Afghanistan working on a project for the United Nations, I will be here until mid March. Threat level here is still pretty high and a fair ammount of activity from the bad guys. Cold here and they are predicting snow for Saturday. Wishing you a happy, safe and prosperous New Year.

My sister informed me of your website. I found alot of info about relatives buried at the Calvary cemetary. Thanks for all of the hard work put into this website. It has been most helpful. My son has enjoyed the reading program at the library during the summer there in Deer Park.
