Deer Park winners announced at the Fireman's
Ball
Everyone had a ball on April 17, 2004 at the Lions' Club chicken dinner from 4 to 8 PM with the Home Community Education group (HCE - Homemakers) serving the pie. The Deer Park Firemen had the Firemen's Ball afterwards in the fire hall building next door from 8 to midnight. There were drawings every hour for the people that were present, and then the big drawing at 11:30 PM for people who had purchased tickets and didn't have to be there. As usual it was a great turnout.
Prize winners from Saturday's festivities in Deer Park have been announced and include:
Tony Doehemann, of New Richmond, $500; Merlin Turner, of Emerald, $300; Bob Jackson, of Amery, hog; $50 winners Andy Brinkman, Kelli Kjseth, L.V. Morton and Ed Lawson, of Deer Park; Jonell Lauck, of New Richmond; John Bleskacek and Matt Beebe, of Amery; and John Bocock of Star Prairie.
Jeff Croes of Deer Park won two $50 prizes.
Gun winners include Brian Cox, of New Richmond; Wade Iverson, of Woodville; Randy Olson, of Deer Park; Brent Ottman, of Plum City; Andrew Krueger, of Deer Park; Nick Hanson, of Baldwin; Missy Severson, of New Richmond and Dennis Erickson, of Deer Park.
