Treston Noelle (Lindberg) Arndt, age 40, of Hudson, passed away peacefully Saturday, April 3, 2010, surrounded by her loving family at St. Mary's Mayo in Rochester, Minn., after a long illness.
She was born the daughter of Charles A. and Nila (Hanson) Lindberg on Dec. 24, 1969, in Eau Claire, Wis. Treston was a 1988 graduate of New Richmond High School and then graduated from Rasmussen Business College. She worked as a personal care attendant for the mentally disabled. On November 11, 2002, she married Kevin Arndt at Shepherd of the Valley Lutheran Church in Afton, Minn.
Treston enjoyed camping, traveling and arts and crafts.
She is survived by her husband, Kevin; siblings, Twila (Larry Lengyel) Lindberg, Brian (Susan) Lindberg, Tamara (Steve) Rabb, Blake (Gwen) Lindberg; beloved nieces and nephews, Jenna, Joseph, Breauanna, Jebadiah, Zebulun, Gabrielle, Kevin, Bryan, Julian, Russell, Kendra, Fiona; great-nieces, Nila and Paige; mother-in-law, Marge Arndt; longtime friend, Tanya Reigel; dog, Phoebe Adeline; and many other relatives and friends.
Treston was preceded in death by her parents, Charles A. and Nila Lindberg; grandparents, Nelbert L. and Alma Lindberg, Harvey and Nina Hanson; father-in-law, Rolland B. Arndt; nephew, Gordon G. Lundquist.
A funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, April 9, at Shepherd of the Valley Lutheran Church, 14107 Hudson Rd. S., Afton. Visitation will be held from 4-8 p.m. Thursday, April 8, at Bakken-Young's Beebe Mortuary in New Richmond and on Friday from 9-10 a.m. at the church. Interment will be in Calvary Cemetery in Deer Park, Wis.
