Frank Bock passed away Sunday, January 9, 1949 at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Henry Springer, at Stanton.
Born July 29, 1873, he was the son of Mr. and Mrs. Carl Bock. He was married November 2, 1899 to Emelia Dummer. Surviving him are his wife, three daughters, Florence (Mrs. Springer), Alice, St. Paul, Minn., and Verna (Mrs. Kurt Wennerberg), Elmwood, and four grandchildren. Mr. Bock was preceded in death by a daughter, Edna, who died in infancy.
Mrs. Frank Bock followed her husband in death. She passed away Tuesday evening, January 11, 1949, at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Kurt Wennerberg, Elmwood.
Mrs. Bock was born Sept. 6, 1873 in Germany. Surviving her besides three daughters and four grandchildren, are her sister, Maytie Schnell, New Richmond, and four brothers, Otto, Arthur, Edward and Charles Dummer.
Funeral services for Mr. and Mrs. Bock will be held Thursday, January 13, at 1:30 at the Henry Springer home and 2 o'clock from St. Paul's Lutheran Church, Deer Park, Rev. O.C. Boettcher officiating. Interment will be in Calvary cemetery, Deer Park. L. H. Beebe is in charge of arrangements.
