Gerald Allen "Jerry" Cook, 64, of New Richmond died Friday, October 22, 2004 at St. John's Hospital in Maplewood, Minn.
Jerry was born in Deer Park January 15, 1940 to Joseph and Lena (Schiefelbein) Cook.
He is survived by his partner, Barb Fletch of New Richmond; children, Cory (Denise) Cook, New Richmond, Tony (Linda) Rozell, Somerset, Bill (Dianne Carlsted) Fletch, Hammond, Natalie (Sherman) Ullereng, Anoka, Minn., Christine (Dean) Formo, Somerset; 14 grandchildren; six great-grandchildren, Kayla, Karley and Joshua Bair, McKenzie Emery, Izabella and Ilyssa Beauvais; brother, Joe "Pete" Cook, New Richmond; seven sisters, Jeanette Fletch, Hudson, Rita Haines, Stillwater, Minn., Gladys Knight and Lois Hinz, West St. Paul, Minn., Minnie Larsen, Star Prairie, Bernie (Delbert) Singerhouse, Hudson, Vera Wulf, Osceola; and many nieces, nephews and friends.
A celebration of Jerry's life was held Monday, October 25 at the Cornerstone Assembly of God Church in New Richmond with Rev. Curt Thomassen officiating. Andrea Thomassen provided accompaniment for Jeri Ann Talmage. Interment will be private following cremation.
