Howard Cress, age 69 of DePere, Wis., formerly of New Richmond, died Monday, September 10, 2007 in Marinette, Wis.
He was born in Amery, Wis. on November 6, 1937 to Joseph & Margorie (Williams) Cress. He married Janice Demulling at Immaculate Conception Church on January 24, 1959. He was a Navy veteran, serving for four years.
He was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Catherine Gibson; brother, Donald Cress; son-in-law, David Schock; brother-in-law, James Gibson.
He is survived by wife Jan; son, Joe; daughter, Debra Schock; granddaughter, Christina Swiderski; grandson, Michael Schock; sister, Arliss (Jim) Cody.
Services were officiated by Father James Brinkman. Music was provided by organist Ron Boldt and soloist Mary Anderson. Interment was in St. Mary's Cemetery, Farmington. Arrangements by Cullen Crea Funeral Home.
