Donald Fred DuBois, age 70, passed away Saturday, October 14, 2006 at this home in Stanton Township.
He was born in Stanton Township on December 17, 1935 to Fred and Elsa (Bethke) DuBois. Don married Anne Louise Forsberg on October 7, 1961 in St. Paul, Minn.
Don and Anne farmed in Stanton Township and raised two children. Don was preceded in death by his parents, his wife Anne Louise, and one sister, Helen Henke.
He is survived by his son, Donvie (Ruth) DuBois; daughter, Dena (Wade) Salstrom; granddaughters, Anna, Allison, Allissa Johannsen and Anneka Salstrom, all of New Richmond; sisters, Lois Warner of Deer Park, Carol Barsch of Star Prairie and Lavone Hartman of White Bear Lake.
Visitation is Wednesday, October 18, from 5-8 p.m. at the Beebe Mortuary in New Richmond. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m., October 19, at St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Deer Park with Pastor Lauren Wrightsman officiating. Casketbearers are Duane Warner, Wally Warner, Todd Johannsen, David Riggle, Warren Henke, Richard Gilker, Marvin Henke, and Brian Hartman. Interment will be in the Calvary Cemetery in Deer Park. Memorials are preferred. Arrangements are with the Beebe Mortuary.
