Darcey A. Harvieux-Gulbrandson, 51, died on Friday, June 21, 2002 at the Amery Regional Medical Center after a year long bout with lung cancer.
She was born in Stillwater, Minn. on August 17, 1950 to Lawrence and Beverly (Schell) Harvieux. Darcey graduated from Stillwater High School and married William Ajer with whom she had two daughters. She later married Gerald Gulbrandson and they were living in Deer Park at the time of her death.
Darcey was preceded in death by her father Lawrence.
She is survived by her mother, Beverly Richmond of Amery; husband Gerald of Deer Park; two daughters, Angel (Tadd) Fredrick of Turtle Lake, Melissa (Steve) Mathieu of Turtle Lake; six grandchildren; one sister, Roxanne (Donald) Cone of Amery; a step-sister Kathy Capone of Arizona; three brothers, Thomas (Kathy) Harvieux of Stillwater, Minn., Michael (Pat) Harvieux of Hugo, Minn., Charles (Heidi) Harvieux of Hugo, Minn.
A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. today (Thursday, June 27) at the Beebe Mortuary in New Richmond with Reverend Ed Schupbach officiating. There will be visitation for one hour prior to the service today. Interment will be in the Calvary Cemetery in Deer Park following cremation.
