NEALE JONES DIED SUDDENLY TUESDAY

Funeral services will be held at two o'clock Friday, Jan. 29, in the Deer Park Methodist church, Rev. Virgil Brown officiating, for Neale V. Jones, 54, of Deer Park, who died suddenly Tuesday, Jan. 26, in Midway Hospital, St. Paul. Interment will be in Calvary cemetery, with honors accorded at the graveside by the American Legion. L. H. and John W. Beebe are in charge of arrangements.

A son of Charles and Emily Goodrich Jones, Neale V. Jones was born Feb. 5, 1899, in the town of Cylon. He is survived by his widow, the former Eunice Melvin, and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

NEALE VALENTINE JONES

son of Charles and Emily Goodrich Jones, was born February 5, 1899 in the town of Cylon. He passed away very suddenly at the Midway Hospital in St. Paul January 26, 1954 at the age of 54 years 11 months and 21 days.

Mr. Jones grew to manhood in Cylon, and was a veteran of World War I, serving with Company C, 32nd Division. He married Eunice Melvin on June 19, 1926, and they resided in Deer Park, where he had been a rural carrier for 31 years. He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers, Walter and Elmer, and an infant sister, Mildred. He is survived by his wife, Eunice, many relatives and a host of friends.

Funeral services for Mr. Jones were held Friday, Jan. 29 in the Methodist church, Deer Park, Rev. Virgil Brown officiating. Members of Erick Vik Post No. 213, American Legion, attended in a body, with several members of Company C's "Last Man's Club," of Hudson.
