Amery Redevelopment Authority officially purchased the former Lakeview School property site last Monday afternoon.
Purchase price was $225,000. Authority President Dan Lien said that letters will be sent to developers seeking proposals for the site. He said the authority wants the property back on the tax roll as soon as possible and will not accept proposals for low-income housing.
